Country Christmas Memories Tour Selected Dates November 20th thru December 31st, 2008 Day 1 -- Arrive in Ocean City by 3 pm and check-in to your Ocean Front Hotel on the Boardwalk. While your bags are being transferred you'll unwind from your trip with a complimentary wine and cheese reception. There's also some time to freshen up before we depart for Winterfest of Lights. At 5:30 pm you'll arrive at Northside Park and board the Winterfest Express. You'll enjoy a tram guided tour through a magical storybook land brought to life by over a million twinkling Christmas Lights. Then it's back on the bus for the trip through Ocean City. The town is all decked out with dazzling Christmas Trees and brilliant light displays. By 6:15 pm you'll be arriving at one of Ocean City's festively decorated restaurants for a fabulous plated dinner. Then at 8 pm you'll really get into the holiday spirit with a live performance at The OC Jamboree of "Country Christmas Memories". Day 2 -- Breakfast is at your leisure this morning at the hotel with a prepaid voucher. Then your bags are transferred as you check out and board the bus for a guided tour of Ocean City, Berlin and beautiful Assateague Island. Enjoy all there is to see as the winter beachscape comes alive with the wild ponies that inhabit this island and have called it their home for hundreds of years. While on Assateague be sure to be on the look out for a very 'special visitor'. Santa proves that he enjoys the beach as well and finds out what everyone's wish is for Christmas. While he's reading his list and checking it twice we'll get further in the spirit by roasting chestnuts and warming up with spiced cider.
