Aaaarrgh! Ahoy Maties! Your groups will love you for bringing them on this all new, OCJ Themed Pirate Experience. We call it ".....In Search of Sand, Song and Buried Treasure!"
Day 1 -- Arrive in Ocean City by 3 pm and enjoy a complimentary welcome reception at your Boardwalk Hotel as your bags are being transferred to your room. There's plenty of time to freshen up and unwind or to take a quiet stroll on the beach or boardwalk. Then get ready to enjoy dinner tonight at Phillip's By The Sea restaurant on the boardwalk. You'll dine on fabulous food that is an Eastern Shore tradition while you relax in this tastefully appointed restaurant that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Day 2 -- Breakfast is at your leisure this morning with a prepaid voucher. Then at 9:30 meet your step on guide and get ready to embark on today's search for Sand, Song and Buried Treasure. First stop will be at the DiscoverSEA Shipwreck Museum in Fenwick, Delaware. Your guided tour will reveal treasures from the deep that will astound you. With an inventory of over 3 million dollars worth of artifacts you won't believe that most of it was retrieved from shipwrecks just off the Delmarva coastline. Then it's off to Assateague Island....an island know to be inhabited by mean and nasty Pirate Ghosts for many years now. While on the island many a group has been known to get caught up in a mutiny between old peg legged, Captain Harry the Magnificent and his First Mates. If this happens you'll be asked to help him in search of his lost buried treasure....but watch out if you find it.....someone will be made to walk the plank! Of course we'll cap off this wacky experience for light refreshments for all right on the beach. Then it's off to the Ocean City Life Saving Museum. Here you'll learn of Storms, Sea Life, Shipwrecks, Swimsuits, Souvenirs and of course "Sal". Several unique doll's houses depicting the once gracious hotels and notable businesses are featured, along with souvenir items from Ocean City's famous boardwalk and amusement parks. The laughter of Sal, once a popular boardwalk attraction, can be heard throughout the building. Tonight we'll have another sumptuous dinner at an Ocean City restaurant and then it's off to The OC Jamboree for a rousing performance of "Good Vibrations" The show that everyone in Ocean City is talking about. Day 3 -- Breakfast is at your leisure this morning with a prepaid voucher. Then after hotel checkout and baggage transfer we'll board The Assateague Discovery for a guided Eco Cruise of the waters surrounding Ocean City and Assateague. It's the perfect way to cap off our search of Sand, Song and Buried Treasure. And.....if it sounds like tons of fun.....well that's because it is!!!
